When selecting tea, consider your taste preferences, health conditions, and the time of day you plan to drink it. For instance, green tea is ideal for those who prefer a refreshing taste, while black tea suits those who enjoy a robust flavor. Additionally, you can choose based on the tea's origin and harvest season.

3. What is the shelf life of your teas?
The shelf life of different tea types varies. Generally, green tea has a shelf life of about a year, while black and oolong teas can last two to three years. For white & dark tea, they will have different flavors and fragrances around storage time even over 10+ years.
